Review Suzuki GSX R 600 750 Yoshimura
Nera, come back la versione Yoshimura della GSX-R a thousand Mat Black, la nuova edizione speciale è spinta dal classico quattro cilindri in linea, sedici valvole, raffreddato a liquido, declinato nelle due cilindrate 600 e 750. Rispetto ai modelli di serie, però, il terminale di scarico è stato sostituito con un più performante e leggeroYoshimura Titanium Yoshimura GP-Evo III, ispirato (nello stile) a quello utilizzati dalle MotoGP di Capirossi e Vermuelen. Le potenze dichiarate sono le stesse, a hundred and fifty CV per la 750 e a hundred twenty five per la 600, così come back il peso, ma è presumibile che le differenze siano rientrate allinterno del five-hitter di scarto concesso in fase di omologazione e non richiedano, dunque, aggiornamenti di fiche omologative.
Invariato, dunque, anche il peso a secco 163 kg (750) e one hundred sixty kg (600), così come back le misure vitali, che parlano di one.400 mm di passo. Nessuna novità per il telaio doppio trave in alluminio, la forcella a steli rovesciati e per limpianto frenante con pinze radiali (dischi da 310 mm), mentre sotto il profilo aerodinamico è stato scelto un nuovo plexiglass dal profilo accentuato, in grado di assicurare una migliore protezione aerodinamica alle alte velocità.
Nuovo e più aggressivo linedito portatarga, così come back è inedito il paraserbatoio in simil-carbonio, con brand GSX-R rosso in bella vista.
13.990 euro la GSX-R750, € 12.490 la GSX-R600, le Suzuki GSX-R 600 / 750 Yoshimura dovrebbero arrivare ad un listino simile anche intervenendo "privatamente", partendo da una base di ten.400 per la 600 ed eleven.600 per la 750.

suzuki skywave dan Spin Pakai Piston Smash
Spin 125, Skywave 125 dan Smash 110. Diameter piston sama Banyak penikmat adu kebut bertanya. Terutama, pemilik Suzuki Skywave 125 atau Spin 125. Ya, bagaimana caranya dongkrak power. Apalagi, part racing buat skubek Suzuki masih tergolong jarang. “Sebenarnya bisa juga pakai piston Suzuki Smash, tapi hanya sebatas menaikan kompresi mesin,” bilang Adri, salah satu penyuka adu kebut yang besut Skywave 125 dari Lenteng Agung, Jakarta Selatan. Kompresi? Iya. Karena piston Smash lebih jenong ketimbang seher Skywave. Begitunya, volume di kepala silinder atau ruang bakar makin padat. Kompresi pun, makin tinggi. Nah, jenong ini yang bikin kompresi naik. Buat aplikasi piston ini, perlu ubah liner atau perbesar boring lagi gak ya?

“Antara piston Smash dengan Skywave atau Spin 125, punya diameter sama. Yaitu, 53,5 mm,” tegas Sugio, Kepala Mekanik Suzuki Saharjo, Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. Itu artinya nggak perlu lagi memperbesar boring lagi dong! Sebab dari ketiga spek mesin itu, yang beda antara Smash dengan Skywave 125 hanya stroke alias langkah piston.
Itu kenapa Smash yang murni 110 cc, bisa punya diameter piston sama dengan Skywave yang 125 cc. Lanjut! Meski langsung masuk ke liner Skywave 125, tapi kondisi piston Smash masih perlu sedikit penyesuaian.
Yaitu, di bagian kepala piston atau jenongnya seher. Jenong piston Smash perlu sedikit dipapas, terutama di bagian celah klep. Maklum, karena jenong, takutnya piston bakal mentok klep yang naik-turun mengikuti gerakan noken-as. Ayo yang mau naik kompresi?

Cara Setel Klep suzuki Skydrive

Karena masih tergolong skutik baru maka enggak ada salahnya bila kita pelajari item-item tune-up pada Suzuki Skydrive. Minimal buat pengetahuan si pemilik agar makin akrab dengan besutannya.
Mari kita pelajari cara setel klepnya. Dibantu oleh rekan-rekan dari Suzuki Training Center (STC) kita dipandu agar tahu item-item setel klep atau sukur-sukur bisa melakukannya sendiri.
Agar lebih mudah mari diurutkan dari yang paling pertama harus dilakukan. Untuk bisa mencapai area kepala silinder harus melepas jok, boks di bawah jok dan cover body yang menutupi kepala silinder.

“Setelah terbuka semua, dari atas posisi karburator, air filter dan head silinder langsung bisa terlihat,”
Kalau sudah terlihat kepala silindernya, segera ambil kunci L untuk membuka dua baut penguncinya (gbr.1). Setelah terbuka bisa terlihat kan setelan klepnya? Lalu posisikan klep masuk dan buang pada kondisi bebas atau posisi piston pada Titik Mati Atas (TMA).
Cara paling mudah untuk mencapai kondisi ini adalah dengan memutar magnet yang terhubung pada van atau kipas di sebelah kanan mesin. Bila garis pada kipas telah sejajar (gbr.2) dengan tanda segitiga yang terletak di crankcase artinya piston sudah berada pada kondisi TOP atau posisi piston pada Titik Mati Atas (TMA).
Tapi saat piston sudah berada di posisi TMA belum tentu klep dalam keadaan bebas (akhir kompresi). Bila piston berada di TMA pada akhir langkah buang maka kedua klep justru membuka atau tertekan rocker arm. Tapi saat piston berada di TMA pada akhir kompresi, kedua klep akan berada pada keadaan bebas.
“Saat kondisi bebas cirinya kedua rocker arm masih bisa digoyangkan. Atau bisa dilihat dari posisi dekompresi yang berada di atas (gbr.3),”
Kalau sudah ketemu posisi klep bebasnya, maka sudah bisa langsung setel klep. Khusus yang ini sama dengan setel klep pada umumnya.
Pertama kendurkan mur pengikat pada baut stelan klep. Lalu letakkan fuller gauge (bilah pengukur) sesuai ukuran celah klep ke dalam ujung batang klep.

“Untuk klep isap toleransinya 0,04 mm sampai 0,07 mm, kita ambil tengahnya jadi 0,05 mm. Sedang klep buang toleransinya 0,09 mm sampai 0,13 mm, kita ambil 0,10 mm,”

Suzuki Spin 125

 Kabel spidometer Suzuki Spin 125 gampang putus. Kejadian begini biasa terjadi pada pemakaian kisaran di atas 7.000 km. “Teman-teman di Spinner ngalamin pas di 11.000 km ke atas. Sampai sekarang masih terus dilacak anggota klub Spinner,” beber Dwi Indra ‘Black’ Saputra, Tim Teknik Spinner, alias komunitas pengguna Spin 125. Persoalan yang terjadi sebenarnya sederhana. Problemnya bukan karena komponen penggerak panel kecepatan Spin 125 buruk. Tapi, ada hal yang sepintas sepele, tapi merembet ke gir penggerak spido. “Ada di laher roda dan karat,” bilang Indra yang sebenarnya enggak black alias item. Jadi, apanya donk yang black? Biang keroknya bisa dilacak di laher roda. Bearing yang mulai bermasalah merembet ke gir spido. Soalnya putaran bearing enggak lagi sempurna. Padahal, gerakan gir sangat ditentukan perputaran laher. Ada mekanisme yang menambah beban putaran gir. Putaran laher yang bergerak enggak normal bikin beban berlebihan ke kabel spidometer. “Kalau bearing sudah ada gejala oblak, mending diganti. Ja  ngan sampai merembet sampai ke gir spido,” beber Indra. Seandainya bukan dari bearing, coba cek kondisi perangkat penggerak jarum spidometer (gbr. 1). Ada risiko karat di bagian ini. Lantaran, grease alias gemuk enggak bisa bertahan lama karena pastinya putaran di gir akan bikin temperatur sedikit naik. Mending sebelum penggunaan masuk 6.000 km, silakan cek kondisi gemuk. Seandainya sudah kering, bagusnya kasih gemuk warna merah. Gemuk jenis ini biasa dipakai buat industri yang pastinya jauh lebih kuat. Sebelum dikasih gemuk, bersihkan kerak dari gemuk yang sudah mengering. Cukup pakai lap agak basah. Kain lap jangan dikasih bensin karena di penutup gir set spidometer ada sil yang berisiko melar kalau disiram bensin. Selesai, deh! |
